We begin by preparing the body properly, activating hips, shoulders, and core.
This protects joints and improves long-term movement quality. -
You’ll work through controlled strength sets using dumbbells and kettlebells. Weights are scalable. Tempo is guided. Progression is steady, not rushed.

Group Fitness Coach, Infemniti
Meena believes that strength should support your life, not compete with it.
With years of experience balancing demanding leadership roles, motherhood, and her own training journey, Meena understands firsthand how hard it can be for women to prioritise themselves without guilt, pressure, or burnout. Her approach to coaching is rooted in empathy, intelligent programming, and respect for where each woman is starting from.
As a certified fitness coach with a background in strength training, endurance sports, and functional movement, Meena designs group fitness sessions that are challenging yet accessible, purposeful yet flexible. Every class is coached with intention, focused on building confidence, capability, and consistency over time.
You won’t find shouting, comparison, or “push through at all costs” energy in her sessions. Instead, Meena creates a calm, supportive environment where women feel safe to move, learn, and grow stronger at their own pace.
At Infemniti, Meena’s goal is simple: to help women feel capable in their bodies, grounded in themselves, and supported every step of the way.

Not at all. These classes are designed for women at all stages of fitness. Every session is coached and scalable, so you can move at your own pace and build confidence over time.

That’s completely okay. Coaches provide options and guidance throughout the class. If you have any concerns, you’re always welcome to let us know before the session so we can support you appropriately.

Most women see the best progress attending 1–2 classes per week. Consistency matters more than intensity, which is why our class passes are designed to support sustainable routines.

If you’re new, start with a drop-in class to experience the Infemniti approach. Many women then move to a class pass once they feel how supportive and effective the training is.

Each session blends functional strength, light conditioning, and mobility, delivered in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

A typical session includes:
Warm-up & mobility – to wake the body gently
Strength focus – lower body, upper body, or full-body themes
Light conditioning – optional intensity, always scalable
Cool-down & stretch – to leave you feeling calm and steady
Every movement is coached with care and intention.
