Meet Your Instructor

Group Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer, Infemniti

Meena believes that strength should support your life, not compete with it.

With years of experience balancing demanding leadership roles, motherhood, and her own training journey, Meena understands firsthand how hard it can be for women to prioritise themselves without guilt, pressure, or burnout. Her approach to coaching is rooted in empathy, intelligent programming, and deep respect for where each woman is starting from.

As an ACE-certified fitness coach, CFL1 trainer, Kettlebell Level 1 coach, certified in pregnancy & postpartum training, 6-time HYROX athlete and long-term runner, Meena brings a well-rounded foundation across strength, endurance, and functional movement. This breadth of experience allows her to design sessions that are not only effective, but sustainable for real life.

She creates group fitness experiences that are challenging yet accessible, purposeful yet flexible, where every movement has intention, and every woman feels supported to progress at her own pace. Her coaching focuses on building confidence, capability, and consistency over time, rather than chasing quick wins.

You won’t find shouting, comparison, or “push through at all costs” energy in her sessions. Instead, Meena creates a calm, supportive environment where women feel safe to move, learn, and grow stronger, physically and mentally.

At Infemniti, Meena’s goal is simple: to help women feel capable in their bodies, grounded in themselves, and supported every step of the way.
