Motherhood, Strengthened.
Motherhood is powerful. It also asks a lot of your body.
Our pregnancy and postpartum training meets you where you are, helping you move safely, rebuild intentionally, and feel strong in a new way.
Why This Season Requires a Different Approach
Pregnancy and postpartum are not just physical milestones.
They are structural, hormonal, and neurological shifts happening all at once.
Your body is adapting to:
• Increased blood volume and heart rate
• Shifting posture and center of gravity
• Pelvic floor load and recovery
• Abdominal separation
• Sleep disruption and nervous system stress
Training during this period isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training with intention.
At Infemniti, we don’t treat pregnancy like a limitation. We treat it like a phase that deserves informed strength.
Our Philosophy
Small. Steady. Strong.
We build strength gradually. We respect healing timelines. We adapt your training to your stage, not the other way around.
You won’t be rushed. You won’t be pushed beyond what your body can support. You won’t be left guessing. You’ll be guided.
-
Infemniti is a women-centered strength and wellness space designed to support you through life’s most transformative seasons.
We specialise in pregnancy and postpartum training, blending structured strength work with breath-led core coordination and pelvic floor awareness.
We understand that motherhood changes:
• Your structure
• Your energy
• Your recovery
• Your prioritiesAnd your training should reflect that.
You are not fragile.
But you are adapting.
And that deserves informed guidance. -
We don’t run generic classes with pregnancy modifications added on top. We train with intention from the ground up.
Every session is built around:
1. Breath & Pressure Management: We teach you how to exhale on effort and manage intra-abdominal pressure to protect your core and pelvic floor.
2. Stage-Specific Strength: Trimester-aware training during pregnancy. Healing-aware progression postpartum.
3. Intelligent Load Management: No maximal lifts. No ego-driven intensity. Just progressive, controlled strength.
4. Core Before Crunches: We prioritise deep core coordination over aesthetic ab work.
5. Progressive Return to Impact: Jumping and running are reintroduced strategically, not automatically. You won’t be rushed. You won’t be pushed beyond what your body can support. You’ll be guided.
-
We work with women who:
• Want to stay strong during pregnancy
• Are unsure how to return to exercise postpartum
• Experience pelvic floor symptoms and want guidance
• Want to rebuild confidence in their bodies
• Value structure over guessworkYou do not need to be “fit.”
You do not need prior training experience. You simply need to be ready to move with intention.
-
Your body deserves informed guidance.
As a certified pregnancy and postpartum fitness specialist, our training is built around evidence-based principles and real-life application.
We:
• Screen for symptoms before progressing intensity
• Adjust programming based on trimester or healing stage
• Respect medical guidance and individual recovery timelines
• Prioritise pelvic floor health and pressure management
• Monitor fatigue and nervous system stressSafety is not about doing less.
It’s about doing what is appropriate for your body right now.You will never be pushed through pain. You will never be rushed past healing. You will always be supported.
“Training during pregnancy felt safe, structured, and empowering. I never felt rushed, only supported.”
